1. Season Bouncy Castle Hire Times

All drop off / pick up times are approximate and for outside only.

If the castle is Indoors times may vairy but all last pick up times are to the discretion of the management.

If you would like a more accurate delivery / pickup time please call 07980 487625 before 6.00pm the night before . Thank you.

Last Pick up Times for Outdoors

April - May 6pm

June - August - 7pm

September - 6-8pm

October - 5pm

November - 3 / 3.30pm

Middle October - April - 3 / 3.30pm

2. Payment terms

Payment is STRICLY cash on arrival. Sorry but the drivers don't carry change, and if payment is not made on delivery, then sorry but we cant set up your bouncy castle.

We dont accept cheques from Jan 2012 and we don't accept credit or debit cards.

3. Deposits and Cancellation terms

As from January 2012 we now require deposits as follows:

A booking deposit of 20% is payable online for all orders over £100

If a booking is cancelled due to bad weather on the day then deposits (subject to managers descretion!) can be carried forward.

Cancellations for any other reasons may not be entitled to a refund deposit - every case will be dealt with sensibly and professionally
