Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long can I keep the castle?
We start delivery at approx 7.30am and try to complete our deliveries before 1.00pm and start picking up from 4.30pm through to 7.00pm although from time to time you may be lucky enough to be last on our pick up schedule! Arrangements can be made for longer or shorter periods of bouncy castle hire. If you require the bouncy castle overnight then we can arrange this, but there will be a charge. You will get approx 7 hours of hire
Q: What happens if it rains on the bouncy castle hire day?
Some of our bouncy castles are available with shower covers, and that is all they are, the Bouncy castle is not to be used if it gets too wet as it can be very dangerous. If it is very wet on your hire day you may cancel if you wish without charge (providing of course that we have not set up your castle and left!).
If you cancel at last minute on the day but we have set off to deliver then a small fee (£10-£15) may be charged to you to cover costs ***see below for deposit refunds
In the event of bad weather we will contact you on the day before we set off to load up your bouncy castle. At that point we will come to a decision.
Q: Do you need anything from us?
Yes, please make sure we have plenty of access room, we need at least 3 foot wide hall or passageway to move the bouncy castle into your venue\hall\garden. Please ensure that the site for the bouncy castle is clear. It must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks any debris, large stones and Dog mess! If we feel that the site is unsuitable we will not leave the bouncy castle. We need access to a power point within at least 20m of the bouncy castle.
Q: How much room does the bouncy castle require?
This depends on the inflatable you have hired, but as a rule they require at least 4 foot behind the castle and 3 foot either side of the castle and 4 foot at the front of the castle.
Note: some of our slides require extra room on the sides because of the guy ropes that protrude from the slide
